KEEPa Limited Lifetime Warranty
If your KEEPa breaks under normal wear and tear, email us at info@keepamag.com and provide us with (a) your name, (b) your address, (c) phone number, (d) a photo of your damaged KEEPa, and (e) and tell us what happened to your KEEPa. If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide you with an address to ship us your KEEPa (at your cost) and we will send you (at our cost) a replacement KEEPa.
This warranty does not cover consequential damages, or defects caused by third-party modifications, punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
